I chose this photo for my Quality section because i think its one of my best photos of the sky and one of the only ones where I was able to capture some clouds and the moon. I like the interesting aspect the trees add so its not just a picture of the sky. The editing is pretty typical for my photos where I've made the colors cooler and shifted towards a purple.
I chose this photo for the quality section of my portfolio because i think its one of the best perspectives I've been able to get in a landscape. I kept the colors cool although it was hard to get a lot of purple in it i think its fits still because of the cool colors.
I chose this photo because its one of the best flower photos I have and I was able to get close and capture a lot of detail and texture in the front flower without the photo being grainy or blurry. Its got the cool colors and purple that i love including in my photographs.
I chose this photo for the quality section because its one of my best landscapes and fits the color scheme. I like the colors I was able to get from the sky while still keeping the tress dark and having that contrast. I also like the birds you can see flying over the water.

This is my favorite photo that I've taken for this class and I chose it for the quality section because i like how the front flowers are very much in focus and the background is blurry. I also love the color contrast between the pink flower and the white/lighter pink flower. I tried to keep the pink a cooler pink so that the photo would go with the others. Being in this class has really opened my eyes to the fact that i love taking flower pictures and pictures where the background is out of focus.
In this class i think both my photo taking skills and my editing skills have improved. I've gotten better at taking clearer pictures and improved my photoshop skills compared to Digital Photography 1. My favorite projects were the lens ball photography and the Breadth section of the portfolio. In both projects I'm very proud of the photos and had a lot of fun taking and editing them. In the breadth section I'm proud of how well I included the elements of design. My least favorite project was the word photos. I don't really like how either turned out and i lost the original for the multiple photo word image so i had to restart. Overall I've had a good time in this class and feel as though I've learned a lot. Ill probably do photography as a hobby and for reference photos.
