Jenna Hancock

The central idea of my concentration was to capture different types of textures found in nature. I did this by being close to my subject and all around sharpening the image in editing. I tried to choose subject matter that had an interesting texture and was fairly intricate or consistent. I selected this theme because I love taking close up photos and showing details and textures. I also really like taking nature photos. These photos show the overarching theme of texture while staying unique with the subject matter. The closeness and the editing tie the pictures together as well as the theme of green and general nature aspects seen in the photos. There all quite bright as well. I'm very happy with how these turned out. I think I executed my theme well and ended up with a ton of really cool picture.
